Demolition Tool: ( sledgehammer) removes interior walls. Doors can be placed directly underneath lintels unless another item or furniture is already blocking the way. Build Lintels Tool: used to separate rooms but still be able to enter the area. It is often paired with the build lintels tool in order to make a room with an entryway. Build Walls Tool: create additional walls in order to make rooms. Sell Objects Tool: used to remove items for money, can also be used to remove trash. Paint Tool: change the color of walls using one of the buckets of paint purchased in the shop. 
Clean Tool: ( mop) cleans dirt, graffiti, spills, and other stains on objects, walls, roof, and floor. Move Objects Tool: move and rotate furniture and other items, also used to pick up trash and remove weeds. Some tools can also be upgraded from the perks menu to unlock greater efficiency.
